ORDERING

All products on tteroomshop.com are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

SHIPPING

Orders are approved and processed once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. It takes 1-2 working days for processing the orders. Once processing is done, orders are shipped. It takes 6-8 business days for Express Mail Service/Postal Service/USPS delivery, in rare cases it can take up to 2 weeks. DHL/UPS/FedEx delivery option is 3-5 days.

INSURANCE

All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be authorized by email, grandrock@qq.com within 24 hours for a full refund. For cancelled items, please allow 5-12 business days for your card to be credited.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Always contact us within 3 days after you receive your merchandise if you need to return/exchange items. Wrong items, wrong size and damaged/defective products are acceptable reason for returns. Customers are responsibility for the shipping charges when exchanges. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost.
